DEAFCRAFT 5 COLORS was officially established as a registered business in September, 2009. Prior to this, we were small production units known as “Lan Handicrafts” and “Ephrata”. Our primary purposes are vocational training and job creation for disadvantaged and disabled persons in northern Vietnam—so they can have the dignity that comes from earning a living and feeding themselves. Currently, we have more than 20 workers, mostly deaf and dumb, who work together daily to product high-quality handicrafts such as bookmarks, greeting cards, stuffed animals, toys, home decor, Christmas items, etc. Please remember—when you buy a 5 COLORS handcrafted product, you are directly improving the lives of persons with disabilities in Vietnam.
